I guess it’s time for the traditional resolutions? I don’t know. I tend to dislike these things because they feel like a jinx more than anything. I mean, I remember reading some statistics somewhere about a really low percentage of people keeping any of them alive past the first month or so.
So I guess I’ll mention my intentions for 2015. Yes, that sounds like a better word for them. And I hope I can keep myself accountable at least to some level.
I hope this year I’ll produce some meaningful work. I hope to collaborate with better people that care, like I do, that aren’t selfish and are in this for the right reasons. I intend on being more disciplined with my art, keeping clear goals and respecting schedules. Unlike last year, I want to remember that while I love my job and believe it is important, work must not consume your whole existence. I want to get a couple of secret projects off the ground once and for all. And all in all, I hope this new year is full of growth and amazing surprises!
Cheers! And I hope your 2015 is all you hope it to be!
